Personal information is accessible only to Reader Zone staff as needed to provide service to users. We collect this information to provide the service, identify and communicate with you, respond to requests, and improve our services.

Reader Zone follows the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework and the International Standards Organization ISO 27000 series.

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends when you visit our service. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, pages visited, the date and time of a visit, time spent on pages, and related statistics.

We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics to collect, monitor, and analyze this information so we can improve the service. These providers do not have access to personal information maintained by Reader Zone.

When you access the service through a mobile device, we may collect device type, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, IP address, location information, and related statistics.

Account Maintenance and Data Retention

Reader Zone may delete data and accounts that previously had a paid plan but have not purchased or renewed a paid plan for more than 500 consecutive days, or accounts without a paid plan that have not been accessed for more than 500 consecutive days.

Information deleted under these criteria is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing help@reader.zone or by deleting the account within the Reader Zone application. After verification, Reader Zone will remove associated personal data in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that may include an anonymous unique identifier. We use cookies to collect information and improve our services.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when a cookie is sent. Some service features may not work correctly when cookies are disabled.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the service, provide services on our behalf, perform service-related work, or help us analyze how the service is used. Third-party service providers do not have access to personal or reading-log data except where access is required to perform a specific task on our behalf, and they are obligated not to disclose or use that information for another purpose.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International Transfer

Information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. If you are outside the United States and provide information to Reader Zone, that information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Our service may contain links to sites that are not operated by Reader Zone. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. Reader Zone is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Only persons age 13 or older have permission to create and access their own account. Reader Zone complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If we learn that such information has been collected, we take steps to remove it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy remains in effect until revised. Reader Zone may update it by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acknowledgment of the change. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through a prominent website notice.
