Dear Family,
We are thrilled to begin a new way to help your student log their reading.
Instead of a paper reading log that goes between home and school, we are going to use an app called Reader Zone.
With Reader Zone, you can make reading entries anywhere, anytime.
What does this mean? You won’t see a paper log that goes back and forth from home to school. And you can see all your student’s reading for the entire school year.
It’s simple to start. Just do the following:
- Download the Reader Zone mobile app at the App Store or Google Play.
- Use your student’s ClassLink or school’s Single Sign One to access your Reader Zone account.
- If prompted, join our reading program by entering this code when prompted:

Using the app will allow us to better track your student’s reading and help our entire class make excellent reading progress all year.
