Emailing Readers

Q: Can I email readers using Reader Zone?

A: Yes, in the Programs section you will see an “Email Users” button on the bottom.

Q: Can I email everyone in my program at once?

A: Yes, it is designed for sending out emails to your entire program or group.

Q: Is there a way to email a specific group, but not the whole program? 

A: Yes, after you click “Email Users”, there will be options to select which program and group you would like to email.

Q: Can I select certain readers from a group to email instead of emailing the whole group?

A: If you select the purple “Change” button located at the bottom of the email pop-up window, you can select and deselect the readers you wish to email.
