MODULE 3 - Reporting for Success

Reporting is all about celebrating success.

Any culture is built on two pillars: Practices and Information.

Librarians and teachers are experts at running reading programs. However, that’s only half the equation. We need to aggregate, share and report success to our communities.

Reporting is the most exciting principle of successful reading programs because it’s all about celebrating success. Reader Zone uses the best in new technology to deliver actionable data that will build a culture of reading in the homes of the families you serve, your school community and your library community.

Within Reader Zone, you can view any individual reader’s data, a certain group, or an entire program’s data. Reader Zone will automatically aggregate all your reading data and deliver flexible reports in a variety of formats.

The Reports page within the dashboard allows for excellent flexibility and options to extract the exact information you need for your reading programs.

Reader Zone also gives you access to easily build real-time reporting badges that show your community your success. With this application, you are able to view all of your data in real-time.

As your readers log reading, you are able to see the success of your programs in real time. With good data, you can make informed decisions regarding future reading programs and how to help every reader succeed.
